"Good communication, just one slower reply"
Overall, the communication was really good. They replied clearly and kept me updated about my booking, which I appreciated. Compared to a few other services I’ve used, this felt a lot more organized. One message did take a little longer to come through than I expected, but it wasn’t a big deal. I’d use them again.

One of my books was missing from the parcel, so I emailed bookdp.com.au thinking it might be a bit of a headache. To my surprise, they got back to me quickly and sent the missing book out straight away, no drama at all. It arrived a few days later, which was a nice little win because I’d been keen to start reading it over the weekend. Mistakes happen, but they handled it really well.

"Cheaper than the other places I checked"
I looked around a bit before ordering, and bookdp.com.au ended up being cheaper for the book I wanted. Checkout was straightforward, and there weren’t any annoying surprise fees at the end, which I appreciated. Weirdly, I remember I was eating toast while comparing prices and got crumbs all over my keyboard. Anyway, happy with the price and I’d use them again.

"Checkout was quick and easy"
I had a smooth time checking out on bookdp.com.au. The cart updated properly, the total looked right, and even the little payment loading screen didn’t hang or do anything odd. Payment went through quickly, and the order confirmation email landed almost straight away, which I always notice because I don’t like sitting there wondering if it worked. Simple, clean, no fuss. I’d use it again

"Tracking was pretty much spot on"

"Nice little perk if you book a lot"
I book regularly, so the points do start to add up after a while. I kind of wish the discounts kicked in faster, though, because it feels like if I’m already earning points then I should basically be saving sooner. Still, it’s a decent reward system overall

I placed an order on Bookdp i was kind of surprised by how quickly it got processed. Maybe I’ve just gotten used to things taking longer than they should, but I was expecting to wait a bit before hearing anything back.

The update came through quickly though, and there wasn’t any annoying delay just to get a confirmation. It was simple and easy overall, so unless I’m overthinking it, I’d be happy to order from them again.

“Honestly, no idea, seems like their staff are very untrustworthy I had problems with them before I even ordered something, because they would keep changing what they told me about stock on a book, I wouldnt trust these liars with valuable information like your personal card (have ordered it in the end, but never arrived, they lied about the stock apparently and its gonna be a much longer wait, regretting buying it from here)”

If i pay using a credit card, is my credit card information safe on their website?

Why is it that having an account with bookdepository, and all details and a valid credit card registered, i am always requested to fill in all details again, like billing adress, delivery adress etc ? thanks helena
